We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive – Medical Device to manage and grow a designated Nevada territory. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, driving product adoption, and consistently achieving sales targets within hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a defined sales territory across Nevada
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Promote and sell medical device products through in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to exceed sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts
  • Coordinate product trials, evaluations, and in-service training
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • 2+ years of successful medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts
  • Willingness to travel within Nevada as required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling capital equipment or disposable medical devices
  • Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs
  • Operating room or procedural sales experience
